1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use 9999hp, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 9999hp. Duplicate accounts — whether for the same individual or shared between household members — are prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account information up to date. If any detail changes, update your profile or contact support promptly.
• Keep your username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account credentials are protected by OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL-encrypted connections. Despite these protections, you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own login details. 3 Payments & Currency

All monetary transactions on 9999hp — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or displayed within the platform.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Specific available channels are displayed within your account at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to the method selected and the standard processing timeframes associated with that method.
• All funds deposited into your 9999hp account must come from payment sources held in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Any applicable fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. 9999hp does not control and is not liable for third-party processing fees or transfer delays outside its systems.

4 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 9999hp platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and table games — are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independent of any player or platform influence.
• Results displayed on screen are final once confirmed by the system. Disconnection mid-game does not automatically void a bet; the system records the last confirmed state.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from a system error, unauthorized bonus, or duplicate account balance may be voided by 9999hp at its discretion.
• For sports betting markets, all bets are subject to the specific rules of the market as displayed at the time of placement, including settlement rules for postponed, abandoned, or voided events.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit system errors, game bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other users in any communication channel.

9999hp monitors accounts for irregular activity. Suspicious patterns may trigger manual review. Players subject to review may have withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

9999hp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases where immediate action is required.

Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity detected in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be subject to review before release. Where closure is voluntary and the account is in good standing, available balances will be returned to the player through the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements.

8 Changes to These Terms
